Advanced
This advanced asana practice gives students an opportunity to reach beyond level 2 classes. Students will explore a deeper asana experience and work towards more demanding postures. Previous level 2 yoga experience and solid understanding of asana is a must!

Anusara Hour
Anusara Hour is an intermediate practice. Students refine their understanding of the Universal Principles of Alignment and playfully explore deeper poses like Handstand and Wheel pose as well as deeper themes.

Anusara Level 1
A system of hatha yoga that is heart-oriented, spiritually inspiring and yet grounded in a deep knowledge of outer and inner body alignment. Anusara Yoga integrates three key areas of practice: attitude, alignment and action. It is an all-inclusive yoga in which each student\'s various abilities and limitations are deeply respected and honoured.

New students and beginners. The universal alignment principles of Anusara Yoga will be introduced. Basic yoga postures will be taught with emphasis on breath work, stretching and strengthening the entire body. This class is suitable for students new to Anusara Yoga or new students who are physically active.

Anusara Level 2
Building upon the foundation of the Level 1 class, refinement and building integrity in intermediate poses is the focus. Backbends and hand balances are practised.

Anusara Mixed
Energise and support your body, mind, and heart. The Mixed-Level class is for any student who has prior yoga experience. You will be led through a practice with attention to the attitude, alignment, and action of the pose.

Ashtanga 1
The classical form of power yoga as taught in its traditional sequence. Combines power and flexibility with movement, bandhas and breath to produce an energetic and detoxifying practice. Shortened Primary and Finishing sequences.

Ashtanga 2
The classical form of power yoga as taught in its traditional sequence. Combines power and flexibility with movement, bandhas and breath to produce an energetic and detoxifying practice. Ashtanga 2 completes the Primary and Finishing sequences. Students must have previous Ashtanga or Power Yoga experience.

Ashtanga Full Primary Series
The Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga is called Yoga Chikitsa (meaning yoga therapy). It re-aligns the spine, detoxifies the body, and builds strength, flexibility and stamina. Best for steady and consistent practitioners of Mysore style.

Ashtanga Yoga
All levels. A flowing sequence of postures that are synchronised with the breath aiding detoxification and purification of the body.

Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga
This style of practice emphasises being authentic and present about your practice, as well as about your life. You will learn the tools that allow you to be in the now and be truthful about yourself and your life -- be ready for a physical and mental transformation! The room temperature is kept at approximately 30°C and a sequence of linked postures is introduced one after another. This style of yoga is suitable for anyone who prefers a strong, challenging practice. Although this class is meant to be testing at times, each individual is encouraged to go at their own pace and Child's Pose is always welcome as a way to have a physical rest in between poses.

Basic Hot
Step-by-step introduction with an explanation of the yoga postures in a hot yoga sequence combined with correct breathing techniques. *Ideal for first timers to hot yoga.

Beginner's Workshop: De-mystifying Ashtanga
Have you always wanted to try an Ashtanga class but didn't know enough about it? This workshop sheds light on the mystery with explanation on what Ujyaii, Bhandas, and Drishti are. Poses are broken down between Vinyasa with a focus on how to link the breath together to make a sequence flow.

Beginner's Workshop: Yoga Therapy
Yoga Therapy is a powerful practice that combines simple physical postures, breathing practices, and meditation. In this workshop we break down the sequence, while explaining what poses are beneficial to us and why.

Beginners' Workshop: Basic Asana
Learn the basic foundation and key principle alignment of the asana in the following categories: Standing, Seated and Twist, Forward Bends, Backbends, Arm Balances, Inversions. Once grounded with the principle, you’ll be able to practise with safe alignment and correct techniques.

Beginners' Workshop: Integration
Get a review and overall integration of the sun salutation and basic asana practice with an emphasis on the big picture of why we practise yoga. You’ll also learn the importance of Savasana, and the foundation of pranayama and meditation.

Beginners' Workshop: Sun Salutations
Build a firm foundation through the basics of Sun Salutation. You’ll explore and learn the key alignment and techniques for each asana in the series, and the essential elements to link postures together in a fluid, dynamic movement.

Belly Dance
The Movement! The Music! The Experience! The Workout!Move like never before to hypnotic Middle Eastern sounds.Suitable for everyone, come along and learn how to Belly Dance with easy-to-follow movements and choreography that is developed step-by-step to create a fun & exciting routine that gets your heart pumping and your torso curving.

Bhangra Funk
Bhangra is the folk music of the Punjab - the North Indian state. It’s very fast and rhythmic with a very festive feel to it. The recent trend of music globally is to fuse Punjabi Bhangra with hip hop, jazz and pop music – this class is the dance based on a combination of these new music genres resulting in high-speed, trendy choreography that will have your feet moving non-stop. Sweat it out with rapid-paced fun!

Bollywood
From the exotic land of India, this class serves up a blend of jazz classical Indian and Bangrah – you’ll have fun in these high-energy dance classes where the girl always gets her guy. Like a love story from the most flamboyant Bollywood films, the moves are over-the-top and the atmosphere is electrifying.

Bollywood Fusion
Bollywood is India's coolest, funkiest, most popular genre of music, derived mostly from the flamboyant Indian films – while Fusion is the free style of choreography for these fun-filled songs. And so, Bollywood Fusion is born! It's Fusion because the dance has elements of both Indian and Western moves. Level 1 is for all, even absolute beginners. Level 2 is more challenging, so it's recommended for those who have attended at least 10 classes of Level 1.

Core
This class is designed to wake up and bring life to the core! Abdominal postures and breathing techniques are incorporated into the class to strengthen the connection between the upper and lower body. Ideal for intermediate to advanced students who want to delve deeper into a healing yoga practice.
*This class is not for beginners or pregnant women.

Dance Basics
Get back to the basics in this class comprised of cool yet simple choreography for Bollywood music. A wonderful entry point for beginners in this style of dance and excellent for establishing a solid foundation in footwork, alignment, rhythm, body expression, and choreography. More than just an exhilarating workout to tone your physique, it’s an all-out session of fun!

Dance Party
Time for an all-out celebration of fun with all the songs you learned in Bollywood Fusion and Indian Dance classes! Regular students can practise the familiar choreography – new students have a great opportunity to learn the moves in one big party atmosphere. Bring on the beat, pick up the pulse and get ready to burn calories, sweat your heart out and shake those glorious booties!!

De-Stress Yoga
Living in a hectic city means we all have bad days. We stress, get frustrated and worry about things we can't control. Through gentle flowing sequence combined with pranayama, we can release our tension from both body and mind. This soothing class helps to calm our nerves, inducing deep, restful sleep. Open to all levels.

Desi Funk
Desi means “country or folk style”. This class will be a simple, fun workout with choreography that introduces traditional folk moves spiced up with a mix of funky moves that grooves to high-octane folk funk music. All levels welcome!

Dharma Yoga 1
Dharma yoga is based on the Shiva Namaskara Vinyasa flow, a series created by Sri Dharma Mittra specifically designed to strengthen and purify the entire system. Following the vinyasa portion of the class, participants go through a specific series of stationary poses. Each class also includes breathing exercises, chanting, deep relaxation, meditation and a brief philosophical discourse. Dharma yoga is designed for students to practice easily and make rapid progress towards the ultimate goal of yoga. Students new to the style can expect a concentrated yet playful practice space, rooted in the foundational principle of yoga: ahimsa, or non-violence. Students are encouraged to come to the practice free of expectations, without any sense of competition or judgment.

Dharma Yoga 2
Deepen your practice with this invigorating series. Through concentration and steadiness, you will easily move into the more challenging variations of the advanced Dharma sequence. The teaching includes arm balances, full inversions, twists, splits and backbends. Mudras and bandhas are introduced, as well as more advanced meditation techniques. Intermediate to advanced.

Dharma Yoga All Levels
This mixed-level class is open to any level of practitioner. Directions are given to each student according to his or her capacity, with personal corrections offered when needed. Students are recommended to practice at their own pace, slowly working with variations independently within the flow of the Shiva Namaskar Vinyasa. Beginner to advanced.

Dheesan
"Dheesan" in Sanskrit means to be granted with intelligence.

This intense practice is designed to improve your flexibility, strength, endurance and most importantly, intelligence. The focus of this class is not the postures but the steps towards them. A flow of sub-basic postures will take you to some exhilarating advanced postures, including intensive twists, backbends and inversions. Directed to think for each pose, you will progress to find your own way to the postures, from basic alignment to refinement.

A series of deep stretching exercises will open up your major joints and release accumulated tension in muscles and emotional blockage. The dynamic nature of this class will also elevate your mood and refresh your mind. This class challenges students to stretch their limit and remove fear.

Dheesan 1

Family yoga
A class with partner poses, games, breath work, songs, dance and relaxation exercises in a fun-filled family affair. Wonderful quality time with your kids and a practice that challenges, invigorates and relaxes. Best of all, you'll get to bond with your family through expressive movement and heaps of laughter! Parents with children ages 4-12 welcome.

Forrest Yoga
Forrest Yoga addresses the stresses and challenges of today’s lifestyle. It is an intelligent yoga designed to strengthen your whole body, especially your core, and heal physical and emotional injuries. It is a powerful yoga that sets free your primal core vitality.

Freedom Yoga
Bring your yoga to a brand new "Space". Focus on the life-affirming Quality of Expression as we turn a sequence of asana (poses) into a dance experience. Learning a combination of poses and repeating them will inspire the knowledge of the flow as well as refine the flow of life energy. Music will be added to allow for the body's surrender to the power of the rhythm. Join this confidence-building and playful experience that will bring you right out of your shell.
Suitable for those with a basic understanding of yoga poses and the will to explore.

Freestyle Dance
Evolving from the disco era, this dance focuses on choreography that is used often with today’s pop music – stylish, rhythmic, energetic and an excellent cardio workout. The steps are easy to follow and shed light on current dance styles, fusing moves from modern jazz and hip hop. Beginners’ classes are open to all levels, while the advanced sessions are more challenging and recommended only for those who have attended at least 20 beginners’ classes.

Freestyle Flow
In this class you get the possibility to fully explore your self practice by doing your own practice - the way you like it! You create your own set of postures to develop your discipline and to be able to work on the things you want and need to develop. All this under the guidance of a teacher and the uplifting energy and inspiration of the other students. As the class implies, you are already familiar with yoga.

Gentle Flow
A gentle, flowing practice. Slow, restorative and breath-based.

Groove
An all-level freestyle flow yoga class set to music. Ethereal, pulsing music infuses the practice to ignite joyful and energetic movement. It is an invitation to feel the depth of stillness in motion. Good for moving stagnant energy and revitalising body & mind!! The class begins with a gentle flow and is followed by more dynamic movements. The practice completes with relaxing, deep stretching postures and savasana.

Hatha 1
A standard, all levels class. Excellent conditioning for the body, breath and mind. Ideal for beginners.

Hatha 2
Intermediate level class. Building on the basic postures introduced in Hatha 1. Excellent conditioning for the body, breath and mind. A regular Hatha 1 practice is recommended prior to attending this class. Not for beginners.

Hatha 3
An advanced level Hatha class that takes you beyond the Hatha 2 intermediate postures. Students will be challenged with advanced twists, inversions, backbends and arm balances to increase internal strength and create deeper openings in the body.

Hatha Shakti
This class combines the energy work of Kundalini yoga with the healing power of simple hatha yoga postures. Mantra, meditation and breathwork are also part of this class, which is great for beginners!

Hatha Yoga
All levels. Hatha yoga is normally used to describe a blend of yoga styles, the class format varying by teacher.

Holiday Special: Boxing Day Groove

Enjoy the simple, beautiful movements of your body in this class that is based on the Surya Namaskar, Surya meaning sun and Namaskar meaning salutation. Each movement is coordinated with the breath, and the alternating forward and backward bending postures flex and stretch the spine to nourish the whole body. Hot 1

Hot Classic
The in-class temperature may be as high as 41ºC. In this hot and steamy environment, students perform a set sequence of static poses designed to strengthen & stretch the body, providing deep healing from the inside out. Ideal for beginners.

Hot Flow
This is a Vinyasa class taught in a heated room. The heat will provide for a detoxifying sweat while you flow through a dynamic sequence of postures following your breath.

Hot Flow - Teachers Forum
A hot flow class incorporated within Pure Yoga’s in-house teacher development programme. Limited mats available.

Hot Hour
A condensed version of the Hot 1 class. Ideal for beginners.

Hot Hour (silent)
This class is designed for students with hot yoga experience. Follow the Yogi as the teacher silently leads the class through a sequence of postures.

Indian Dance
One-hour class with Semi-Classical choreography that is graceful, animated and artistic. This type of dance involves lots of hand gestures, eye and neck movements, which helps to improve co-ordination.

Indian Dance Basic
Learn simpler, yet equally beautiful choreographies in the popular Indian dance style with all the usual ingredients of foot-work, hand gestures, and eye and neck movements filled with grace and elegance. This class also elaborates on the names and meanings of the gestures performed. Ideal for beginners!

Indo Hip Hop
Hip Hop in Indian style, with a blend of cool and yo hip hop moves with indian moves set to Indian songs which are predominantly hip hop based. This class is designed for all levels as it concentrates on perfecting moves by way of practice of each step in varied speeds and also only a part of each song will be taught to facilitate students to learn at a easier pace. Its fun and gives a wonderful workout to the whole body.

Jivamukti
Jivamukti: "Jiva" - individual soul; "Mukti" - liberation. The word Jivamukti is derived from the Sanskrit word Jivanmuktih ("liberation while living"). Jivamukti is a yoga method established by David Life and Sharon Gannon that aspires to greater peace, unity, environmental awareness and karma consciousness. Ahimsa, one of the five tenets of Jivamukti, encourages all to avoid harm and violence; it ultimately manifests the sacred notion of oneness in all beings. A Jivamukti yoga class is a physically vigorous and intellectually stimulating practice that combines chanting, asanas, breathing exercises, music, meditation, and devotional study through simple scriptural readings.

Kathak
Kathak, which originated in northern India, represents one of the eight forms of Indian classical dance. The name is derived from the Sanskrit word ''katha'' meaning story. Thus, “kathaka” means the one who tells a story.

Kathak focuses more on the footwork of the dancer. The movements are skillfully controlled and performed straight-legged, by dancers wearing ankle bells known as “ghunghroo”. The costumes and themes of Kathak are often similar to those in Mughal miniature paintings. Historically, dancers used to perform in village squares and temple courtyards across the country, unfolding mythological and moral tales from the ancient scriptures. They would support their recitals with hand gestures and facial expressions.

The Kathak dance bells are different from those used in other Indian classical dance style, as they are not affixed to a pad or strip of leather. Rather, they are individually woven along a thick string. Costumes play a big part in this style of dance, with women traditionally wearing saris – although a lehenga-choli is also worn by women dancers with an optional odhni or veil. Men in the classical dance of Kathak go bare-chested and wear a dhoti below the waist, which is usually tied in the Bengali style. The dhoti is tied with many pleats and a fan finish is given to one of the ends.

Kids Yoga
This class is a time to align the young and creative minds of our kids with some fun and powerful yogic techniques to focus the mind and build co-ordination. Basic poses are learned in a very playful environment to maintain our natural flexibility and to learn how to enjoy it!Ideal for ages 4-7

KIRTAN: Yoga for the Heart
Kirtan is a Bhakti Yoga practice of chanting Sanskrit mantras with music. Mantras carry sound vibrations that have a powerful healing effect on all levels of our being. Chanting Kirtan is like an active, effortless meditation that helps you dissolve thoughts, getting you out of your thinking mind and into the feeling heart space. Wonderful for stress release, mental relaxation, creating peace and calm within, cultivating joy and bliss - and enjoying a rather different kind of fun night out! All welcome!

Kuchipudi
It's the traditional (Classical) dance originating from Andhra Pradesh, South India. Like ballet, the syllabus is fixed and everyone learns individually, and at their own pace. It's a personalised group class. All levels are welcome.

Kundalini
Kundalini yoga is a very powerful, yet equally accessible kind of yoga. In every class we will do something called a kriya – a series of postures that have been put together to reach a specific goal. It can be kriya for strengthening the navel centre, kriya for improving the digestion, etc. Every class finishes off with a meditation. These meditations can also be very different, with some including mantras, some comprising mantras and pranayama, and others combining mantras and movements. There are approximately 2,000 different kinds of meditations in kundalini yoga. This practice delves deeply into strengthening of the mind. All levels.

Modern Dance
Ever thought it would be possible to feel relaxed after a dance class? Modern dance has just that effect – it is the movement of breath, expression, exploration and release. This class is for those who are willing to dive into an improvisational journey with an open mind and an open heart, as we will explore valuable concepts of dance such as: postural alignment and different qualities of movement through space, weight and time. Modern dance works with natural movement and breath allowing you to find peace of mind while discovering the dancer in you.

Mysore
The traditional method by which Ashtanga Yoga is taught in Mysore, South India. Students are individually and gradually taught the Primary Series of Ashtanga until they are able to practice the sequence from memory. When Primary Series is complete, Intermediate Series then follows. Class is open to anyone interested in learning this method. Students may arrive anytime within the first hour of the class.

Partner Yoga
With a partner, you can learn how to practice postures in a whole new way! Join this class and have fun learning about your own practice by helping someone else with theirs! Partner Yoga is fun and designed for students with at least one year's experience. Class will include backbends, inversions, and balancing poses. Bring a friend... or meet one in class!

Patanjali Yoga
This is another style of Ashtanga Yoga - The Eight Limbs Yoga based on Patanjali's Yoga Sutra. Class will involve Pranayama followed by a sequence of powerful asana work that is repeated eight times, and then deep meditation to close. A complete form of practice for body and mind.

Post-Natal
Post-Natal Yoga gently supports a mother's recovery after giving birth. Reclaim your pre-pregnancy body by toning, relaxing and healing using targeted postures, breathing techniques and meditation. Expectedly, there's a focus on the lower body, abdominal area and the pelvic floor. But this class also balances things out with strength-building in the upper body as well as restoring tired shoulders, neck and back.

Power 1
An introductory level class for Power Yoga that is ideal for beginners who want to try a more challenging practice. This is a Vinyasa class with more of an emphasis on strengthening. Yoga experience and knowledge of basic postures is recommended.

Power 2
An intermediate level sequence of power yoga postures. This class introduces deeper postures, balancing postures, and inverted poses. A regular Power 1 practice is recommended prior to attending this class. Not for beginners.

Power 2 (silent)

Power Basics
Power Yoga is a style of yoga that moves quickly from one postures to the next - a vigorous, challenging one.
In this class new students will learn the foundation of power yoga practice - the 2 variations of the sun salutation, in depth focusing on the right alignment. Ideal for beginners.

Power Hour
A condensed dynamic version of intermediate level Power 2 yoga. Flowing postures that focus on balance, strength, flexibility and inversions.

Power Yoga
All levels: A flowing sequence of postures that are synchronized with the breath aiding detoxification and purification of the body.

Pranayama and Meditation
This group meditation class is offered for students of all practice levels who are interested in more fully integrating their yogic transformation. Conscious relaxation through breath awareness is the goal. All welcome!

Pre-Natal
This class is designed to meet the needs of pregnancy and new beginnings of motherhood. Come strengthen and relax your body, ease your mind and connect with your baby in a safe and supportive environment. Feel inspired and nourished in a community of women sharing the experience of pregnancy and birth.

Rejuvenation through Inversions
Revive, renew and restore yourself through this quiet, yet challenging sequence of mostly inverted poses. Not suitable for beginners.

Restorative Yoga
Restorative yoga is a deeply relaxing way of practising yoga. With the use of yoga props such as belts, blocks, blankets, bolsters and chairs, the student is able to achieve the form of the yoga pose without using much muscular strength. This enables the student to hold poses for a greater length of time and facilitates a deep release. Restorative yoga helps to soothe the nervous system, and calm and focus the mind. It is great for remedying jet lag, injuries and onset of cold or flu. It is also a beneficial way to practise yoga during the menstrual cycle or to help counteract the effects of a busy stressful lifestyle. Ideal for beginners.

Satyananda Hatha 1
Suitable for total beginners, those new to yoga and/or students wishing to progress more slowly and peacefully.

This class is an introduction to the holistic system of Satyananda Yoga®. The aim is to create a nurturing environment in order to experience yoga non-competitively for overall physical, mental and emotional well-being. Students learn the basic principles for cultivating a deeper sense of self through awareness, releasing energy blockages and tension in the body and mind – using yoga postures, breath work and relaxation. Includes basic Om chanting, a mini Yoga Nidra relaxation and learning the sun salutation sequence.

Satyananda Yoga Nidra®
Surya Namaskar (sun salutation series) and a 30-35 minute Satyananda Yoga Nidra ® (psychic sleep) relaxation are the core focus of this session. Stretch out, release tension and stress from the body mind complex using the smooth flow of Surya Namaskar to enhance the process of deep relaxation, encourage \‘letting go\’ and finding greater comfort in stillness. All eight stages of the Yoga Nidra practice are systematically shared so that students can enjoy the healing and nourishing gifts of yogic sleep with awareness.

Satyananda Yoga® 1

A progressive commitment for a learning environment is encouraged so that practices can be developed and deepened over time. This class encompasses classical asanas (postures), pranayama (breath work), mudras (yogic gestures), bandhas (energy locks), mantra, kirtan (devotional chanting), seated meditation and/or mini Yoga Nidra relaxation. A themed focus is applied to heighten sensitivity and depth.

Satyananda Yoga® Meditation, Pranayama & Yoga Nidra
All welcome!
Progressive course element encouraged but not essential. This class encompasses simple Om chanting to create mental peace and tranquillity, pre-meditation asana preparations, step-by-step guidance in the classical Satyananda Yoga® meditation techniques, a 30-minute Satyananda Yoga Nidra ® relaxation and Pranayama instruction.

Shakti Vinyasa 1
A flowing Hatha yoga practice which focuses on detoxifying through series of challenging postures. Great practise to build your strength and deepen your flexibility to the entire body and mind. Energising and also calming. Open to all levels.

Shakti Vinyasa 2
A challenging hatha flow practice for practitioners who wishes to deepen their practise. Prior experience in Shakti Vinyasa level 1 is recommended. Intermediate/advance practise not for beginners.

Shivananda basic
A gentle class, ideal for beginners, that focuses on sun salutations, the 12 basic Shivananda postures and a final deep relaxation. The basic asanas in the Shivananda sequence are traditional postures that have been practised for centuries. Relaxation or yoga nidra is an essential part of this style. It allows the body and the mind to release unnecessary tensions and to integrate the benefits of the physical practice. At the end of the session, you feel re-charged and inspired.

Shivananda intermediate
An intermediate level class that explores classical yoga postures such as handstand, headstand, locust and scorpion, and focuses on the techniques to perfom the asanas and their benefits. Playing with tension and relaxation, active and passive, yin and yang, the practitioner learns how to liberate the spine, and balance his or her practice. At the end of the session, the body is lighter and the mind totally refreshed.

Slow Flow
A class where we will focus on holding longer, deeper breaths to create a greater opening of the body, a keener sense of stilling the mind, thus allowing the poses to be the meditation as we truly cultivate our breath.

Special Workshop
The special workshop is a mix of topics, sometimes going deeper into specific areas of yoga or introducing new yogic concepts that are outside of the scope of the regular schedule.

Super Flow
This level 3 class honours all experienced yogi's ready to let it all out. The uniqueness of this practice is found in its balance between minimal instructions that will playfully take you to the sharp edge of your mat, and the personal space of self-practice. By eliminating excessive technical instructions, you will be romanced Prana-style by internal ‘quietude’ and a rocking soundtrack of uplifting beats. Let your heart and your body flow to the super realm. Super Flow-tastic.

The Practice
Teacher and students practice together in a faster pace class. For experienced intermediate and advanced students who can kick to handstand at the wall and perform Urdhva Dhanurasana with straight arms.

Tibetan Heart Yoga 1
The Heart Chakra Series : The Yoga of Compassion "You cannot enter the door of yoga without kindness and compassion for others." Changkya Rinpoche Tibetan Heart Yoga Series One reveals the foundation of ancient Tibetan yogic practice with methods combining pranayama and focused meditation, designed to open the heart chakra. Tibetan Heart Yoga offers a gentle Hatha Yoga posture practice resulting in a complete mind/body experience. All levels welcome.

Upside Down
Turn your world upside down! This workshop-based class helps students to explore and improve their inverted poses. The class will focus on alignment and techniques for headstand, handstand, forearmstand and shoulderstand. A regular Level 2 practice is recommended prior to attending this class. Not for beginners.

Wild Lotus
Advanced practitioners.The anusara-inspired class is the most advanced practice of the week. Be prepared to walk into wild, uncharted lands within your own practice. Students should be able to perform urdhva danurasana (wheel pose) with straight arms, and kick into handstand against the wall without assistance. Not for beginners.

Yin
Exploring the body’s subtle energies with long, deep stretching that focuses on the connective tissues of the body, and cultivates a peaceful and meditative mind. Ideal for all levels.

Yin Yang
This class blends the elements of yin & hatha yoga. The class begins with basic asana to promote circulation (prana/energy), then shifts to deep, long, holding poses to affect the connective tissues of the body, and cultivate a peaceful and meditative mind. Ideal for all levels.

Yoga Balance
Most of us suffer from problems of asymmetry and imbalance. The irregularity and imbalance creates a lot of strees and strain on our body. At times, it also leads to injury, pain or just simply discomfort. Yoga Balance helps you to create symmetry throughout the body by training you to be strong, flexible and balanced. It also finds equilibrium between the urge to push, control and be assertive with the impulse to yield, submit and be passive. Includes asana practice, concentration and meditation technique. Suitable for beginners.

Yoga Basics
An introduction to the fundamentals of yoga with explanation of the postures combined with correct breathing techniques. Class is conducted in a relaxed environment where students are encouraged to ask questions after class. Ideal for beginners.

Yoga Dance
With ecstatic movement we can learn to express ourselves more fully. This class incorporates traditional yogic mudras, choreographed dance moves and music into a fun, invigorating practice. All are welcome!

Yoga for Joy & Tranquility
We feel the body, we feel the mind, we feel the breath. But we do not have that feeling that helps to realise all three things. Body is an accumulation of food, and mind is the heap of impressions that we have taken in from various societies and environments. Just as we can drop the weight and release tension from the body through different types of Yogic asanas, sun salutations, etc. -- similarly we can remove impressions of the mind through fast breathing, Om chanting, sun salutations, dead body, pranayamas, etc. in the class and emerge feeling fresh, happy, joyful, peaceful, relaxed like a little child.

Yoga Therapy
Yoga therapy addresses your health on all levels using simple physical postures, breathing practices, relaxation techniques and short meditation. Once you have learned the techniques appropriate for your condition, you'll be able to use them to maintain better overall health. It's a myth that you have to be fit or flexible to benefit from yoga therapy.
